Kartik Dabbiru | Founder & CEO
With over 15 years of expertise in Anti Financial Crime, B2B Payments and Embedded Finance products, Kartik has a rich background in Financial Services and Fintech.
His experience includes over a decade at JPMorgan as a Payments Product Manager and leading KYB/FinCrime Product at fast scaling fintechs such as Tide and BVNK.
Serban Marti | Principale AI Engineer
Serban brings 16 years of engineering leadership to ComplyStream's AI and backend infrastructure. He previously served as Staff Engineer at Cable - a financial crime effectiveness testing platform — where he designed systems processing millions of regulated transactions and reduced false positive rates by 70%. He has also co-founded an AI startup and held senior engineering roles at Upfort and NTT DATA. At ComplyStream, he leads the AI systems that power our agentic compliance workflows.

Growth & Partnerships Lead
Amber brings a rare blend of engineering rigour and commercial instinct to ComplyStream's growth. A First Class Engineering graduate from the University of Leeds, she honed her expertise in wholesale payments strategy, fintech innovation, and AI infrastructure at JPMorgan before joining ComplyStream as one of its earliest hires. She leads growth and partnerships across the UK, Europe, and MEA markets.
Venkatesh Rao | Senior Software Engineer & Tech Leader
With over a decade of experience building and scaling SaaS, Legal Tech, and compliance technology products, Venkatesh leads core engineering at ComplyStream. He previously served as Senior Lead Engineer at Legitify, architecting cross-border document notarisation infrastructure across EU and UK jurisdictions, and has led engineering teams across government-scale platforms in India. He brings deep technical rigour to ComplyStream's AI-native compliance workflows.
Yamin Lawar |
Founding Engineer
Yamin built ComplyStream from the ground up - from core infrastructure and integrations to AI-powered case workflows, agentic automation, and the platform's MCP server. With 12 years of engineering leadership, he previously scaled a development team to nearly 50 engineers at o2h technology, and led frontend engineering at Orgnostic, a people analytics platform acquired by Culture Amp. He is the technical foundation on which ComplyStream is built.

Founding Product Manager
Archa is on a mission to make FinCrime analyst life better. She brings over eight years of product management experience across enterprise SaaS in healthcare, finance, and HR, including four years as Senior Product Owner at Genea where she led product strategy and delivery for global clients. An Ignite programme alumna from the University of Cambridge, Archa now shapes the workflows and experiences that compliance teams rely on every day.
